You are not at the mercy of your DNA; you have the power to influence your health outcomes.

  • Audit Your Inputs:ย Whatโ€™s going in your body, your mind, and your emotional space? (Spoiler: Netflix binges, doomscrolling, and toxic friendshipsย allย count.)
