I am blown away with what I am learning!!!
In January I learnt about oxalates foods part of (my problem)
In the course I was reminded about coffee enema, hell NO not me!!. Ok, when I was 7 years old, 6 persons held me down to give me an enema before surgery. After hearing Sinclair story – I was able to do a number of coffee enemas. Its truely not that bad, and look at the benefits. I am dealing with gut sensitivity and heavy metals. I cannot wait to put in place all that I am learning. I look forward to being well, I have been bragging about the course to everyone.
I am happy with what I am learning, simple things that will make a big difference in my healing journey.
