(1)I am working to acknowledge small shifts. For example, my energy has remained low throughout the shifts I have made (last 30 days of making these changes), I was getting discouraged when my body kept needing naps and I am not normally a napper. At times, I. can see this as healing and other times it feels discouraging. However, I am having small shifts that need major acknowledgement. Last night I woke up in the middle of the night (I have been sleeping really well since making EMF changes in our sleep space). My brain instantly went to work on excitement and to do’s. Instead of waking to just do the to do’s in the middle of the night so my brain could rest. I realized when my brain turns on like this, it is asking for something deeper. I don’t know what the deeper is yet, but it was like I had ‘space’ from my experience, rather than immediately reacting to it. This felt like a win!

(2) I have taken a previous EMF course from Sinclair so she will cover this in great detail. She mentioned in week 6.

I got a body voltage meter and have more work to do, but in the meantime I turned off the breakers to the bedrooms. My husband is out of town so I have left them off. Just going old school with a flash light if needed at night.We are working toward a EMFsafeswitch and dirty electricity filter which turns off certain breakers in different zones needed to get body voltage as low as possible. We turn off Wi-Fi router all night and turn it on only when we need it.

We are sleeping in mattresses and beds with no metal or coils.

No phones in the bedroom at night. Still trying to figure out , checking time. Right now we are relying on internal body clock to wake up on time. Only been late a few time:).

Small steps, still need to make lighting changes but for now we are sleeping in no electricity zones. The remaining work is in ground wires coming from different breakers, so the EMF safety switch will help with that eventually.
