I have been avoiding most lectins and oxalates for a couple of weeks now and realize that I am even more sensitive. Not so much to the food that I eat, but to my environment. Suddenly the EMFs affect me more and the mold which I discovered in my place now feels like stinging lava in my body, brain and lungs. Very interesting. Quite overwhelming too since I can’t live there anymore, luckily I’m sleeping at a friend’s, for now. We all need a safe environment to thrive. Thank God I found this course and community, which helps me have the strength to move forward with grace, one day at a time, knowing I already hold one part of the solution.
