Navigating the Path to Detox and Energy

Most all of this week is familiar to me. I am interested in the supplements. I have high hopes of getting out the toxins with these supplements. Already been using a third of them. Have done much last year n half with many of the items we spoke of here this week, but my energy is so so low yet !. Been trying to figure out some mitochondrial support and products to get toxins out beyond what I tried. I think I have more mold exposure than I realized and that is a learning curve here. Hopefully will learn how to tackle that more. Excited there too ! I believe I will learn as weeks continue 😁. I am glad to meet Sinclair and Michael and staff and be part of this community of people who seem helpful and engaging as well. ‘ This is the beginning of a beautiful relationship ‘!😉
