I’ve discovered that I’m a bit more sensitive to the protocol than I expected resulting in headaches despite all the clean water consumption. I’ve slowed the protocol and I finally braved my first enema today. I had partial success but some weird stuff came out which is definitely a win. I’m committed to mastering this support protocol even if it’s “odd”
