Hi! I did my first deep flush and was very excited to get out about five stones the day after the oil and citris. I intellectually realize some people don’t get anything at all but emotionally I need support that my body is moving and doing what it is supposed to be doing. I think I am intimidated by people getting out 100s of stones. I will be starting my next flush in a couple of weeks. Thanks!
