I’ve been resisting doing the coffee enema all this time and have not had any parasite sightings. But today I did my first enema, (wow did I make a mess by forgetting to clamp hose when pouring coffee in!) About 3 hours later I passed 2 quarter sized bundles of small white parasites along with some clearish flat things. Yay!!! I knew they were in there! I’m very excited about this small advance
