*Note: I am an incredibly humble person in nature and have a history of celebrating my wins to myself as a result of wanting to avoid appearing boastful or possibly discouraging others if their successes aren’t presenting themselves in quite the timeline as mine, however, there’s a strong urge in me that feels that the feedback I am about to provide could be incredibly helpful to some others in the group and I would not want to risk providing them that opportunity because of an insecurity of mine. If anything I write appears to be boastful in anyway, I encourage it to be reread with an excited and inspiring tone instead, because that is what it is, exciting! And also meant to be inspiring. Most importantly, I encourage whomever is reading this to keep Sinclair, Michael, and Robin’s perspective in mind, “”There is nothing wrong with going low and slow or going faster and deeper with this protocol as long as it is right for you. Everyone of our bodies, environment, finances, timing, etc. is different, and any win is worth celebrating as long as it is a win! And it’s even more of a win because it’s occurring at the right time for you! The less we stress about what we cannot do, the more we can benefit from the things that we can do, and our bodies will greatly benefit from it. It’s important to trust that our bodies are AMAZING and that they can handle whatever is going on with them until we are able to support them in whatever way necessary. We are so incredibly fortunate to have Sinclair, Michael, Robin, and the rest of the DRN team mentoring us through the process and providing with us with such incredible information, resources, and support in such a practical and easy to follow way, but we must also remember, it will take many, if not all, of us beyond 8 weeks to…
