So yesterday was extremely rough. Could barely function. This morning I did my CE early. Typically I don’t look in the toilet as it’s a mess and I can’t discern what’s what. And I get to trust my body is releasing what it needs to, when it needs to. But today something felt different during my release! So I looked. And there was a palm size blob of something. So I got some thing to pull it out to investigate. All I’m gonna say is, I know it was something of a parasitic nature. Wooooooooohoooooooo! I am celebrating. Dancing and singing! Buh bye parasites! 🎉🙌🦠👋 💃
And what a difference a day makes. Just went to a yoga class to continue the celebration! 🤩
