Our Grand Opening retreat spans three immersive days and nights, bringing together an intimate group of 50 guests at our coastal Carlsbad sanctuary. Here’s what your journey looks like from start to finish.
Wednesday, November 5: Arrival
Check in, get settled, and prepare for the journey ahead.
Guests arrive in Carlsbad and settle into their accommodations. Rest, unpack, and prepare for the next three days of healing. No formal programming is scheduled this evening.
Day 1 – Thursday, November 6: Orientation & Assessment
Warm welcome, meet the team, and begin your personalised journey.

- Morning – Check in at the Selah Center, enjoy a light breakfast, and receive your welcome bag with supplements, branded items and your schedule.
- Opening Ceremony: meet Sinclair, Michael and the practitioner team; hear the weekend overview and set intentions.
- Treatment sessions begin. You’ll have scheduled therapies before and after a nourishing lunch, paced to suit your body.
- Evening – A chef‑prepared dinner followed by community building, gentle integration work and a sound‑bowl session to prepare for tomorrow.
Day 2 – Friday, November 7: Deep Healing & Community
Dive into therapies tailored to your package and connect through movement, meals and a sunset walk.
