Position Overview:
A Shipping Coordinator ensures that products are packaged, shipped, and delivered on time and accurately. They manage all aspects of logistics, from packing goods to coordinating with carriers and tracking shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule shipments, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.

  • Prepare shipping documentation, such as bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.

  • Track shipments and update clients or departments about the shipment status.

  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is adequately maintained.

Initially, the role will require availability for 2 days a week, every other week, for the first 3 months. EBOO equipment training will be provided, so experience with this specific therapy is not required.

    • Manage and maintain Shopify store, including product updates, integrations, and troubleshooting.  Work with developer as needed.
