I did my third day of my first 4/4/4 pulse flush and saw tiny sesame seed stone fragments after my coffee enema!! Sooooo stoked!
Today was going to be the end of my pulse, but I’m feeling called to do it tomorrow as well, and then pause for a few days to rest and recover.
Achievement unlocked! This is SO rad.
